Welcome!   Thank you so much for preparing to submit your 2023 Statistical Information to our office. As you are already probably aware, the Statistical Reports are due in our office no later than January 31, 2024.

PLEASE USE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS TO SUBMIT YOUR CHURCH REPORT:

  1. BY MAIL If you mail your reports, please allow adequate delivery time.  Keep a copy for your records!

  1. OR FAX your report to 1-304-344-9584.   Since there are many other churches that may be faxing their reports as well, you may receive a busy signal. THE CLOSER WE ARE TO THE DEADLINE DATE THE BUSIER THE FAX WILL BE.  Be sure to contact me to confirm receipt of the faxed reports.     Please see below a PDF of each of the Statistical Tables for 2023 as well as the General Instructions and Line-by-Line Instructions.  Pre-printed  Forms and Instructions went into a packet that was mailed to the Pastor mid-December. However, if you use these blank forms instead of the pre-printed forms, please be sure to put your Church Name and 5 Digit Church Number on each of the Table Headings.  Also, on Line 1, you must start with the number of members that shows on the pre-printed form for your church.

    Please Note:   THE ONLINE DATA ENTRY SYSTEM WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR INPUT UNTIL JANUARY 1.

    FILING STATISTICAL DATA ONLINE:

    We use the General Church (GCFA) system to collect statistical data online.  The system requires that the “Login” for each church be their six (6) digit General Church Number.  That number was provided to you on blue paper in the Statistical Packets that went to each pastor.  That number is also on Page 1 of Table I with the Church Information.   There is also a listing for each church with that number below.

    Please carefully follow these step-by-step instructions.  I suggest getting all of your information together and entering the data all at the same time once you are ready. This saves re-entry into the online system.

    IMPORTANT FYI --  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

    While using the online data entry software to put in your church statistical information, you will see a section for general Church Information.  If that section lists the incorrect pastor, church address, email, or Charge name, please know that the information that you are viewing  is what the General Council on Finance & Admin (GCFA) has in their database  NOT what we may have on the Conference database.   Please do not stop entry due to any general information being incorrect on their site.
