The mission of The United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We all want to get better and better at that work. On February 10, 2018 Dr. Phil Maynard was in West Virginia to lead us in a Membership to Discipleship workshop.

Phil’s work answers two fundamental questions: “What behaviors mark the lives of growing disciples?” and “How does the church provide the support and tools disciples need if they are growing toward maturity?”

Phil is a United Methodist elder and pastor, former Director of Congregational Excellence in the Florida Annual Conference, and currently leads EMC3. You can explore Phil’s work and resources by following this link
