     The Administrative Services Staff is responsible for all financial and pension areas for clergy and lay members of the Conference.  This ministry includes consultation with clergy and spouses, workshops for local churches, charges, parishes, etc., medical and health insurance expertise, and fiscal responsibilities for all areas of the Annual Conference.

Myra Bess, Conference Controller, (ext. 38)

• Maintain General Ledger
• Process payroll for conference paid clergy/lay persons and salary supplement recipients
• Process all disbursements to vendors as well as travel reimbursements for conference agencies, conference camps and educational center, district offices, and conference staff
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to agency chairpersons and conference staff
• Annual Audit preparation
• Supervise database maintenance
• Annual Statistics process/reporting

Lisa Priestley, Receipts & Billing Manager, (ext. 40)

• Maintain and process payments for apportionments and all other mission projects
• Maintain and process payments for loans
• Process payments and bill for all Central Service charges

Cheryl Sutton, Benefit Specialist, (ext. 36)

• Administrative Assistant to the Conference Treasurer
• Maintain medical insurance enrollments/billing
• Maintain conference pension information with the General Board of Pensions
• Supervise conference salary supplement pension billing
• Coordinate clergy and lay death benefit claim processing
